Ugh, a night of tooth problems is really bad! All that waiting makes one
feel so miserable. It makes the trip to the dentist very satisfying,
especially when the procedure is done quickly.

Vertical dimension of occlusion may seem too alien to ordinary people, but actually it just defines the configuration of the nose, lips and chin of a person. A slightly slanted chin or lips can lead to serious teeth problems. A dentist may have problems correcting this predicament so it would take perseverance, hard work and the right tools to get everything done.

Wow. The first study said that it was just for woman, then this. Now, I'm even reading stuff about people who don't brush their teeth twice a day have a 70% chance of having a heart attack. That's scary.

I read this on another blog a while ago. I'm actually surprised to find out how much improper dental hygiene can do to your body. According to the article that I've read a while ago, snoring and menopause are also linked with Cardiovascular and heart diseases.

I agree. Even if our enamel is THAT strong, a simple crack can lead to cavities - which can be infested by mouth-dwelling bacteria. Imagine what chewing ice can do to your gums, as well.

It's quite unhealthy. Even though your chompers seem to do well whenever you chomp on ice, our enamels are not damage-proof. You might end up scratching, breaking, or cracking your teeth because of chewing something as hard as ice. The cold cubes might also end up irritating your gums, making it bleed and all.
